What is "Referral" Hosting:
When you type in a web address and the website that loads is a different address than what you typed... you have been "referred".  When you do a search for something, numerous websites are listed in your search results; you then click on a search result but you wind up at a website other than what was listed in the search result listing.  When that happens... you have been referred.
